ANNALEE'S CHOP SHOP! 0 STARS if I could. Booked 3 separate appointments with ANNALEE WHO WAS BUSY EACH TIMES!!!
1st time they passed me off to a man who filed my nails so hard I should've said something but I was scared shtless! They came out okay but hurt for days afterward. Next two times I tried to book ANNALEE was busy doing nails and looked like she had just started their set
they told me to sit & wait then just left me there for 25 minutes until I got up and left, she doesn't care.
ANNALEE had just started  the other peoples nails, she didn't even care about my appt and I was on time EACH TIME I CAME TO THIS CHOP SHOP!!!!! she literally overbooks & just see who shows up .
The last time I left crying , I was so done
PS the last 2 times I was sitting waiting for my appointment I saw/heard  that guy nail tech filing the girls nails so hard just like he did mine! It was so uncomfortable I wanted to tell him to stop doing that to her!!
I hope you go out of business you are horrible people

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AND BLAME YOU!! Deserved a negative Star rating.
My friend recommended this place. First time the owner said she doublebooked and proceeded to say it's because I was late, although I was sitting in the pedi chair 15 minutes before my appointment. i was sitting in the pedi water for 45 minutes after my appointment time  before they began.
i Was happy with my nails so I gave it another try.
Today I came on time and was asked to come back later by the owner, because the person was still working with someone else. When I questioned why this happened again the owner said it was because I said I wasn't coming back the previous time, which is in no way true. The owner does not keep appointments and blames customers for her lack of planning when scheduling appointments. 100% do not recommend!!!

I came here because I needed a nail repair.  I had a gel x set, but they don't do that here only acrylic.  My thumb nail came off I got my nail replaced with acrylic in 15 minutes.  

They got the job done decently and the color matched my current set.

I called ahead for 2 full sets and they told us to could on in. When we arrived there was quite a few people there already but I went ahead and signed in. I probably had to wait 15 minutes before I got into a chair. The lady who did my nails was very nice and fast! The prefect shape and length for me! If the nails last longer than 2 weeks, I'll definitely be coming back.

I know what I paid for annalee. How the hell you charge me 120$ for long coffin, all white + top coat. But then turn around and charge me 156$ for the quickest set y'all have every done (which was SHORT white nails. No top coat. ( JUST SHAPING)
AGAIN I've been going there for 3 years!!! I always get a pedi and mani. YOU GOT OVER ON A GOOD CLIENT. And I only paid cuz I didn't wanna be tHAAAT customer. Never giving them a dime again
