I was supposed to get a full head of highlights. What I got was my hair over processed and damaged going half way down instead of the full length. My goal was to go back to my natural honey blonde and left with near platinum. Definitely not worth the amount of money they charge. After she washed my hair out she started to brush it and HUGE balls of hair were coming out (I had simi-long thick hair) the amount of hair was astounding never have I had that much come out and I've bleached my hair before this.
Ok I love Tanya - she's a genius with color and Alayna is just delightful! I have very curly coarse hair and she got it soooo smooth with no flat iron!
From the first phone call to confirm my appointment to the final payment and walking out the door, the staff was not friendly at all. The woman doing my hair was nice enough but I told her this was the first time I was ever going darker in my entire life and I was nervous. She offered no comfort or support. Then she had another client to take care of while I was finishing up. Didn't have time to blow dry my hair for me and passed me on to her friend who got it 60% dry and told me I was done. Then charged me almost $200 for hair that was still wet. The color turned out just okay.. I wanted to walk out of the salon feeling good about myself and confident in my decision, but I just felt crappy.
I had Alana and she gave me a wonderful haircut. I would recommend her any day. She did a five star job.
I asked for 3 1/2 to 4 inches to be cut off. After I left I realized that the hairstylist didn't show me the back of my hair. I then walked past a reflective building and realized she had chopped off 6 inches of hair. Don't risk your hair by going here. I will never be returning again.
