The people in there seemed friendly except for the lady working on my nails. She was very aggressive with my hands and made comments that came off as passive aggressive. She was rough to the point where it hurt how much she was yanking my hands. It also took very long. Typically when I go it take 45-1hour for a full set of acrylics but it literally took over two hours. They also left the acrylic gel under my nails which might not bother everyone but it does me.

I am so impressed with this nail salon. I love the work ethic and efficiency. Plus my nails are perfect. Clean and exactly what i wanted. T really impressed me with her technique and friendly ness. My go to nail spot.

Best mani/pedi Ive ever had. I did the "deluxe" version and got a great massage and the the polish was perfect. Ti is the new owner and she made sure I was happy with the results. Very happy with the service and will definally go back.

I went to the salon to join a friend that was getting a pedicure. This is not my usual salon and I will never go back. The pedicure was done in half the time that my friends pedicure was done. I was charged the same amount. He didn't push the cuticles down and upon examination of my toes after the pedicure yielded uneven brush strokes on the nails. You can see the layers of polish. The whole nail was not even covered with polish. The polish was haphazardly applied. As soon as he finished his rush job of a pedicure he flew out the door never to return to even finish with me. He left me sitting in the chair, barefoot. Didn't even help with putting my shoes on. I approached the owner and they told me that they brought in a friend who owns a salon because they were short handed. Well I need to know what salon, because I will never go there. I have never experienced such incompetence. Note to the owners: Never use that guy again. He is bad for your business. I would rather have waited to get a proper pedicure not a rush job. I just wasted my money and I still now have to go pay to have them repolished.
