My daughter and I have been coming here for a while, it is so clean and they are all so nice. Liz is absolutely amazing, she does the best job on my nails and she is so kind too. I do not do review's much but this place is wonderful. I highly recommend Liz and/or Richard.
I stopped in for an eyebrow wax two weeks ago 10/20/23...worst decision ever. The technician tore my skin around my eyebrows really bad. I returned 3 days later with a huge scab on my eyebrows and asked for their insurance information to submit an injury claim. I was told I had to go to the doctor first. I went to my dermatologist called to let them know I had my injury report and was told to bring it to the nail bar for the owner to review and discuss with insurance provider if injury is covered. I told her I was not bringing in my medical information, and that I would speak with the claim rep myself if she would provide the number. Once I threaten to call the State, she finally said that she passed along my information to her insurance provider. To date, 11/7/23 I have not received a call. I will have to take further action. Please do not go in for an eyebrow wax.
Girl doing my nails was super rude, I wanted to just get up and leave halfway through but I was too far in. I don't get my nails done much because its expensive but i wanted to treat myself and it was a terrible experience. Did not get anywhere close to the inspo picture which isn't even a hard design. Paid way too much (almost $80) for something I didn't even want. Had to pay extra for chrome on top and it doesn't even show through it just looks like a sparkly white polish.
My friend and I have been two times. The first time, my technician (Abby) was amazing!!! However, the woman who was working with my friend was very distracted and talked on her phone throughout the entire pedicure. The second time we went, I had asked for Abby again and was told she was out of town. When I asked when they expected her back, the manager (owner?) was very dismissive and said, "Maybe a week. Maybe a month." So I was given another technician. We had appointments, but the manager didn't even look to see what services we were scheduled to have and mistakenly directed us to the pedicure station. When we finally got settled for our manicures, my friend was much happier with hers. My guy did not speak English and was unable to understand what I was telling him about a split nail. At first he ignored me, but when I persisted, he had the woman next to him translate. Then, he was very rough, was not paying attention to whether he was buffing my nails or my cuticles and left rough, uneven edges that I had to file when I got home so they wouldn't catch on my clothing. We will not be going back even though Abby was amazing.
My pedicure I got is nowhere near the $37 I spent. In addition, the customer service is just not that great.
