My mom and I got a manicure and pedicure, with gel polish. My mom also got her eyebrows waxed. It was fantastic quality and the store was beautiful! Jennie and John did the best job ever. I love them!

I'm so sad to update this review this way but I have to be honest so you know how things have changed. The salon has new owners for about 6 months, maybe more. At first the service was still really great but slowly things have changed. My favorite nail tech left during the summer and I tried to remain a loyal customer but it just got too bad. I made appointments with specific techs and when I showed up they either were busy with other clients (during my appointment time) or not there at all. That's just unprofessional. Since I couldn't get in with the tech I made the appointment with I was passed on to who ever had time and the service and quality just wasn't there. When the new owners were on site it wasn't as bad but when I stopped seeing them it got worse. There's no reason to keep going at this point and it's sad. I miss the great service I had for so many years. I'm doing my own gel x nails at home now. I'm still on the hunt for a great place for a pedicure.

Been here multiple times, the work they do is good . But their pricing ... eh 35$ for acrylic set , this does NOT include regular polish. That will be $15. Soooo $50 for a completed polished acrylic set . Gel is more of course . Never in the 30 years I've been getting my nails done has polish not been included in a acrylic set . Just ask and make sure you know what your paying for before hand ... no pun intended

I have been going to this salon for over 4 years. The ownership changed earlier this year and my favorite nail tech left last month. I believe in being a loyal customer and decide to try out a new tech last month....awful she put dip powder over the existing. I let that ride. But today was the day where I said NEVER AGAIN!!!.. I had an appointment scheduled for a dip powder and a pedicure at 12:30, got to the shop at 12 no one was in the pedicure chair. Several more customers came in 2 of which men for pedicures...the nail tech who was doing my pedicure was stopped to take care of one of the men...so they moved me to have my nails done which I had to wait for a customer to get a nail repair mind you she came in after I did. Three and a half hours and $100 and some change later I walked out of the shop. No discount or apology given for being made to wait outside of the $5 off for the full punch card I had. Looking for a new salon.

Went with my friend this afternoon to this place and was pretty disappointed. The nail technician was non-communicative and did not listen to my requests to file them shorter. I received the $30 manicure service which consisted (in order) of: Cutting the nails, filing, buffing, washing hands, removing previous clear coat, cuticle removal (using just the tool and water, no product), swiftly putting gel clear coat on (unevenly), washing hands, roughly exfoliating my hands / arms with a scrub (no moisturizer used), sitting around for 15 minutes and then being given the hand wax by another technician, it being taken off after 10 minutes and then being told to wash hands again. And that was it Would not visit again. Definitely the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I do wish the owners/staff well though.
