Will never return. Worst pedicure I've ever had. What a waste of time and money.

Do NOT go to this salon.   It will be a horrible and stressful experience for you, and a complete waste of your hard earned money.    I've been going to this salon for a while.    After bad experiences every single time, I'm done!  One person is the reason for the hostile environment in this salon.    Her name is Kitty, she is the owner.    She frightens the clientele away, and she cannot keep the nail techs.   There are new techs all of the time, a constant turnover!

Kitty is very rude, downright mean!!!   She is a very angry person!!    She hollers and belittles the employee in front of everyone.   It is completely uncalled for, especially when the employees have done nothing wrong!!   Because of Kitty, the atmosphere and environment in the salon is very-very tense, completely hostile!!

Kitty even argues with the clientele!!   It is completely unwarranted!!    It is completely uncalled for!!   Kitty. Is. A. Bully!!!    The salon is so tense, very frightening!!

Kitty also overbooks everyone!!   If you have an appointment, you could still be waiting 30-60 minutes.   In addition she will take walk-ins over people with appointments.    My last appointment I still  waited 45 minutes to be seen.   In the meantime, Kitty was taking phone appointments and walkins.    Kitty and another nail tech were the only two employees there, on a Saturday.   Instead of telling people to come back, Kitty kept lying.   She tells people there was only a 15 minute wait!!  When I finally left, 7 people were still waiting, some of them close to an hour!!   Many other people got mad and left.    Kitty's philosophy is quantity, over quality.

Because the techs are so overworked, stressed and tense, they have to rush through manicures and pedicures, resulting in poor quality results.  It is not their fault.  

This is the worst salon I have ever been to.   I will never go again.

Will never return to this place. It was my first & last visit. I can see now I should have read reviews. Apparently others feel the same.  They refused to sculpt acrylic nails insisting I needed tips. I didn't want tips so agreed to gel nails but ended up with shorter & uglier nails than what I walked in with! The work was sloppy & overly priced. I don't mind paying for a good job but the nails were not well manicured & they cut me twice. Just very, very sloppy work with an attitude to boot! Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere!

I don't recommend this nail salon. A lady before me got her nails done. That's not the issue. Issue is that the person doing my nails never sanitized any of the materials he used to give me a full set of acrylics. He used the exact same things as he did on the lady getting her nails done before Me. I even got the same towel as the lady before me to catch the nail dust. Besides being dirty, my nails came out in very bad quality and and my cuticle were cut pretty badly by guy doing my nails. Do not recommend, surprised I don't have an infection right now

I have been to this nail salon a few times. Each time hoping to have a least a decent experience. So far I can't say that I have had one. The first time I made an appointment and waited 45 minutes while they took walk-ins in front of me who did not have an appointment.  I was so disgusted I finally got up and left. The second time I went there I didn't make an appointment since it was pointless and had a nail service. Because they were overbooked my hands were soaking in acetone for at least 40 minutes my skin was raw and sore for a few days after due to soaking in chemicals for so long.  The girl who was next to me said the same thing that her fingers were raw from soaking an acetone for so long while she waited for her nail tech.  Out of sheer desperation I went there recently for a pedicure and no surprise it was equally disappointing. The owner of the Salon is rude and disrespectful Often yelling at her staff
...it's just is not a pleasant experience.  By the way the polish came off less than 24 hours later.  This nail salon is the total waste of time and money.  it's worth a short down ride down the road to a different salon. I will not be returning thankfully.  It is not a pleasant experience!!
