Echo Salon in Monument, CO

I have not had a haircut in so long, and desperately needed to establish hair care here in Monument. I dont ever do anything elaborate with my hair, was I in desperate need of a trim. I have never colored my hair, not even one, and ultimately want to dye it purple which I knew I needed someone's professional help for. I also had an upcoming hiking trip coming up where we would be taking a lot of pictures. I knew I wanted my hair to look healthier than the inches of split ends I was currently sporting.

My stylist was Amy and she was so much fun. Aside from great conversation and a friendly aura, she was fantastic at establishing some goals I had with my hair and some future color options once we got my hair back to the healthy place it belongs. She gave me some light layers and expelled all my dead ends. My hair never looked so good!

When I arrived I was greeted by the owner and receptionist, both immediately offered me a drink and a snack from their refreshments bar. It is a beautiful salon with lots of skill and friendly staff! I can't wait to continue my business here.

It had been several months since my last salon visit.  My hair was long and straight and I wanted a big change.  I went in for the first time and asked for something much shorter with lots of volume.  Amy did not disappoint.  I wasn't sure what to expect, having never been before.  But I got exactly what I asked for.  Thanks Amy and thanks Echo Salon!

I went to Echo Salon a while ago but failed to post a review.  My daughter had gone for a cut and it was good!  The salon is very nice.  I had decided to try them for my usual service of cut and highlight.   I had even taken my time going in for a prior consult that Echo salon requested before I had my service.  So I thought we were clear on what was to be done.  I was told one price but charged more due to "extra color" being needed. Even when I left the salon I voiced my concern in still seeing roots.  With highlights this shouldn't be the case and doesn't happen at Toni&Guy but my stylist has left.  I called when in 3-4 weeks roots were really showing, one inch+ wanting correction.  I spoke to the manager who is the owner.  She insisted that this is the usual time for people to return for highlight services.  I am a dark or dish water blond naturally.  I generally redo my highlights in 7-8 weeks.  I didn't find the managers resolution particularly helpful.  Disappointing.

Candy is an incredibly attentive owner and also very careful about covid. Sierra is the most talented hair colorist I have ever gone to. She is booked months in advance, but that is why!
