Clean, polite, professional, and efficient without rushing you. My husband and I have been multiple times. Our first visit, my husband and I received a basic mani/pedi and my husband received a basic pedi. I also received a small design on one finger on each hand. Total for the both of us for everything was $70, before tip. They have since raised their prices for the basic pedicure from $25 to $30, but still a good deal. I have not gotten a manicure since the first visit, so am not sure if prices were raised across the board.
They didn't have a wide variety of colors for gel polish the first couple times I went, but have since added more. If you have something specific in mind, they may not have it, as was the case with me; but it wasn't that big a deal. The massage chairs on the left side are newer and work better- I got one on the opposite side the last time we went and it stopped working twice, like no power at all. Didn't really get to relax much since I was focused on trying to get the chair to work again. Aside from that, we always leave feeling relaxed. Would recommend and will continue to return.
I got my manicure and gel done on Friday and they did an awful job!! the guy did not get my cuticle out left a lot space between my cuticle and nail, the next day one nail broke , and I call two days later so they could fix it, and they just replace my nail that it was broken, they did not even check how my nails was, did not get my cuticle out and did not even put gel on the space between my nail and cuticle. Never going back there!
love love this place.....Always clean and friendly,I went last night and got a pedi after 3 months and my feet felt amazing,I was the last client to leave they did not rush me treated me like always before no rush took time and thats why I will never go anywhere else
Wouldn't really recommend going here. I visited because my salon was closed so to all the COVID-19 stuff going on. Now that I think about it, I'm truly not shocked that this place want closed.
Wait time was short, but the nail tech didn't seem to care that I needed repairs. I reminded him a few times. All he said was okay and slapped some glue in between my nail and the acrylic, which I think is absolutely absurd. That is not how you repair an acrylic nail that has separated from the nail. He did this with two of my nails and when it came time to fill, he skimmed my nails with the acrylic formula. And when I say skimmed, I mean skimmed. My nails were visibly lumpy and not smooth at all even after shaping and buffing.
If you all need a good nail tech and salon - visit Hot Nails on Grant Line Rd. They are extremely detail oriented and all of them are absolutely wonderful at what they do! Not there just to make a buck!
I would rather eat glass than visit this place again. Waste of money.
