The worst part about this post is that I went back in TWO days after to get them fixed and they charged me AGAIN (these photos were taken two days after / spending 2 and half hours in their salon). They were so rude and never apologized. I spent $120 with them and tipped very well. Just so disappointed. We will not be back. Awful customer service!
I normally go to Nail pro in Clarksville and this time i decided to go to the one in Jeffersonville. I showed them my design (medium length French tip with the tip pink). The employee said she would be able to do this for me. While she was beginning she stated i would actually have to choose a new color, so i did. And when it came time to do the French she explained she couldn't do the tip the way i wanted it. This was frustrating because at this point she was 3/4 of the way done and i just wanted to leave. My point is- if she knew she couldn't do the design i asked for, i would have expected her to say "no i can't do that design" before starting so i would know to go elsewhere. But she lied and said she could do it, knowing it wouldn't be done the way I asked. Don't go there if you want any type of design on your nails!
Tried somewhere new & closer to work. I received the worst quality pedicure. Uneven/crooked nails, entirely too short, and clear nail polish left all over my skin....
Always a wonderful experience at Nail Pro. My nail tech Richard was fantastic! My toes looked super cute and he has magic hands.
Pedicure- very sloppy nail polish, rushed through it, and pounded on my feet and calves- ouch! No lotion, trimmed the cuticles so close they are bleeding and only 1 coat of polish. It seemed like the goal was to over with. I go for a pedicure to relax and enjoy it. Very expensive for the service and quality!
