I've been seeing Rachel at the Springs for several years for my hair and Beth for massages. Both are gifted at what they do.
However, the business end of The Springs is not so good. I recently tried to change an appointment (24 hours before) because of an abscessed tooth that was painful. I could get into a dentist just prior to my hair appointment time. Rather than be late, I tried to reschedule. I was told they would charge me 35.00 (and they did) because I didn't call 48 hours ahead (which I couldn't do since they were closed the day before and my tooth problem didn't pop up in time to meet their needs).
I understand that small businesses, especially appointment based need to protect themselves from cancellations. However, I have learned from this business that being a faithful client means nothing.
Things happen and some flexibility in policies must be taken into consideration.
I'm so sad to lose Rachel and Beth. I just can't use a business with no heart.
Very friendly staff, the vibe is great with all the plants, all their products are cruelty free which is great. I had my hair trimmed with Rachel and she was amazing. Talked me through everything. My hair looks and feels so much better.
I am so sorry to say this place of business is quick to cancel your appointments . They give very little notice . This is the third time they have canceled an appointment. The owner is the most condescending , conceited and most self center person I have ever meet. This is maybe why the can't keep their staff. Please don't waste your time.

Staff are experienced and provide each customer with individual attention and detail to their personal service. The salon is very clean and they pay close attention to cleaning between customers.
Overall a wonderful salon that will satisfy all ages and styles. Everyone walks out with a smile on their face!
