I love Sams work, but also unprofessional. I've experienced a cancellation a day before my trip. She didn't accommodate me nor took consideration. I've booked 3 months prior, appointment got accepted and deposit was paid. To get a message " sorry I don't work at that time ". Maybe appointment times should be fixed so know one would have to experience that.
Sammy never disappoints me, I trust her with anything that has to do with my hair. She's very informative and has a great sense of humor.
First and last time going here. Abbi Hair stylist was 20 minutes late for appt. Hair cut was not like picture. Hair was cut way shorter than what was asked. Bangs were cut too short and uneven it looks terrible. Other stylist had $30 haircut sales for kids which probably would've been a better cut than what we received for $45.
I was in desperate need of a cut & saw that I was close to The Studio. As soon as I walked in, I was surprised by how well decorated it was. You can tell there was definitely thought put in. Reya did my hair & did an amazing job @ it! She recommended some modifications to the style that I had originally thought about getting & thoroughly explained the difference of how it would be better. In the end, the cut came out amazing, & my hair feels softer & hydrated w/ the conditioning treatment! I definitely recommend!
This is the cutest salon I've ever been in. Everyone is so nice and it's a comfortable environment all together. I got my hair cut by Jackie and she is wonderful! She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. She is so friendly and easy to talk with. Love her and this place and I will absolutely be back.
