Jossey is so nice and patient! I went in for coloring and a haircut and she did such a great job. Everyone there is really nice and I'll definitely be going back.

Had another great haircut.. my boys and I love this place.. it a family oriented business and they take good care of the boys

Loved getting my hair done by Jossey, she took very good care of me and listened to what I was wanting!!

There for 7 hours my hair is very badly damaged and 7 different colors. Went in for an even all over blonde and a hair cut. Walked out with Gray, choppy ugly blonde, green, blue, purple, and white. She tried to say I didn't let her finish... i cried twice due to a very irritated scalp. I have gone through cancer, giving birth to 3 kids no meds but this burned my scalp so bad it made me cry. I speak English but I understand some Spanish due to my family. They constantly talked about the mistakes the girl was making. The girl initially did a quick cut straight across no style and no details or making sure cut was good then began bleaching my hair applied bleach to my roots first which caused hot roots. I asked about the cut she said "oh im not done I will fix later" I told her my scalp was burning extremely bad and she said "dont worry alot of people feel that" Then went to rinse out hair put me back in the chair with orange hair and white roots. Jossey wanted me to be okay with the color that was there. I told her no I wanted an even color not multiple colors throughout which was what I had initially requested . They start using purple shampoo... nope doesn't work. Then they start using other methods again scalp starts stinging and burning. They rinse again and start using different colors or toners not sure because they were silent on the steps being taken to correct their mess up. Then at one point girl starts using something on my hair and jossey quickly makes her rinse it out as she was applying in the incorrect spots.. i asked them how much longer because at that point I had been there for 6 hours and my daughter was with me. She starts panicking saying 20 more minutes please. I was like okay ugh. Then she applies what I'm thinking was bleach again to my scalp because apparently somewhere along the way my hair turned green , blue and some weird darker shades of color. Again BURNING! it made me cry i told her it was only at the bottom of my head that burned (which the very first spot where bleach was applied directly to scalp at the beginning of this fiasco) she said "oh sorry" and rinsed it out. I asked if we could let my scalp rest and I go home and feed my family and come back next day so they could fix their screw up and Jossey immediately said "No!" And walked away. They wash my hair for another 30 min and then get me to a chair and start drying it. At this point my hair is a dark gray mess.. the lady at this point didn't cut my hair properly and so Jossey gets upset and cuts but in the ugliest way. I told her just make it even because at this point I'm sad and dissatisfied and disappointed to have come here at all. She does it. Doesn't even Apologize for the fact that my hair looks like shit. Made me pay the full amount and didn't give two shits about a first time customer walking out extremely unhappy and uncomfortable. I put my hair in a ponytail and cried all the way home embarrassed and frustrated. First time in 5 years going to a salon and of all the places chosen I went to some of the most inexperienced "professionals " save your time, money and heartache. Im truly sad.

Loved my hair and how it turned out! The only thing I didn't like is it took a long time due to my long hair.
