You can use their app to make sure you on the list to mitigate unnecessary waiting. They keep a profile on you normal haircuts by the numbers. They seem to rotate the cutters, so you never know who is going to be the one that will end up cutting your hair. This is not a plus for the store as a regular customer; you want consistency and you might like to use the same cutter again and again. The cutters have different levels of experience. They have raised the prices, their service has been on a down hill trend slope. Just recently after they raised the prices they have stopped the Veterans discount. I was not given a reason. So they have lost one of the a couple of incentives of keeping regular customers happy and coming back. One thing I did notice. They need to clean and sanitize their cutting equipment after each cut. Just a quick wipe down with sanitizer, disinfectant, alcohol wipe on the cutting clippers, scissors and combs. They need to being doing a lot better, and there's a lot of room for improvement.

Do the people here go to cosmetology school or do they just hire people with no experience? My husband and son went here and it was the worse hair cuts I have ever seen. And the sad part is they had two different stylists. Uneven cuts and terrible fading or lack there of. I wish I could give zero stars. I don't even want to embarrass them by posting pix.
Excellent!.....location I use in Haslet was closed, then the super cuts closed so stopped in here, wonderful people and excellent service! Will be my new first choice for haircut
