I would absolutely recommend April. She has changed my perspective on my hair and given me so much confidence. I followed her even when she switched salons and I would highly recommend her for haircuts and great balayages. I have gotten so used to trusting her that I can just give her vague instructions and she always does an amazing cut. When I had my balayage done about a year ago she stunned me with how natural it was. Honestly it could grow out for months and you'd never see lines. I have to leave Lansing/East Lansing but I'm sad to go. I literally used to drive hours to get my hair done for stylists who couldn't compare to April.
The BEST eyelash extension services I have ever received. I have come here on and off to get my eyelashes done for the last two years and the lash techs do a more than exceptional job, especially Rikki!! This is by far my fav place to get my lashes done.

Where do I even start?! Michelle has been an absolute miracle worker and has made me love my hair again. After several terrible experiences that caused significant damage to my hair, I decided to get NBR extensions and the transformation blew me away. The extensions are custom colored along with your real hair so the end result is incredibly natural, comfortable and are by far the best extensions on the market! Due to the temporary closure as a result of the pandemic, my extensions have not been moved up in 4 months and they still look great! I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her team. If you are considering color or extensions, please book a consult at the Standard - it will be the best decision you've ever made!
