I went for a pedicure and got no massage no lotion and no sugar scrub just a foot soak and polish. I figured that with a pedicure that was standard. The cost was $50 because I asked for the gel polish. The people were friendly but not the service I expected and was way overpriced compared with other places I visited. sorry won't go back. The service should be explained and price should be disclosed upfront. When I go to get a pedicure I expect to find a relaxing massage and that my feet feel clean and soft afterwards. This didn't happen here.
Very rushed, uneven, dip powder chipped on thumb an hour after coming home. Several were matte finish and others were glossy. For $50 I would have expected way better. Will definitely go somewhere else next time.
I am very dissatisfied with the pedicure I received today. The nails were not completely painted over, there were still some white spots that needed polish. In addition, my nails were not cut short enough to my desired length. Also, I do not feel like they did a thorough job of cleaning my toenails and said they were not able to do a design because of Covid. This confused me as we were both wearing masks and they were not wearing any. They would be at the same distance from me putting the design on my toenails as they would be painting them.
I am willing to pay a little more to have nails that can go three weeks before a fill. Kim is amazing and I won't let anyone else touch my nails.
This was our First time here. Staff was very friendly and detailed. We were walk ins and they worked the two of us into their schedule no problems. Both mani and pedi look great. I would recommend and go back if I lived in this area.
