Rhonda is very nice and professional. The atmosphere was as well. I will certainly be going back. Customer service is everything.

Absolutely lovveee her. So professional and a great personality to match. I explained what I wanted and she delivered, did great with communicating the entire time to ensure I was happy. I will definitely be back!

I didn't have a good experience at this salon either and will not be returning. I scheduled my appt. over the phone with Rhonda. She scheduled me for an 1:00pm appointment. On the day of my appt. she then asks me to come in @ 1:30pm because she say that she was running behind and if I came any earlier that I would be waiting. So I actually get there a little bit before that time and she still did not get to me until sometime after 2:00pm. (1st downfall) Next, I sit in her chair. She told me a lower price on the phone the day I scheduled my appointment but when I sat in her chair "OH, all of a sudden her price has went up" Her favorite saying "my website has all the prices on there". Okay, so...Why in the hell would she even give a price just for her to tell people that they should have looked at her quote on quote website?? (2nd downfall) (3rd downfall) While she's rinsing my hair out over in the sink area, the top back of my shirt was soaked when I got up. ( so I then mention it to her) Her first words were " oh yeah it is". & then says "well everybody shirt get a little wet when they go to salons" Ummm.. Nope! That's where she's wrong because my shirt wasn't a little wet. It was a lot wet and for the price she's asking people to pay, I don't want my shirt wet at all. ( ijs!) It didn't stop there though. After she told me that, I replied back that I had been to plenty of salons and had never gotten up from a sink with my shirt being that wet. Her response was " Well maybe you should go back to those salons to get your hair done." Like Really??? It took all of me to not just get up and leave. Just VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! (Smh) It seriously took the Christ in me to just brush her response off my shoulders. The devil is a Liar!..lol To make a long story short though, she did eventually dry my shirt with her blow dryer but please believe, I'm not one to just settle for anything or anyone for that matter. ESPECIALLY when I'm paying you. I will kindly be taking my money elsewhere.

If I could give this place a 0 stars, i would definitely do so. I'm not sure how all the stylists are, but Rhonda is just plain RUDE! From the start when I wanted to make a first time appointment on the phone, she had an attitude and was completely unhelpful. I asked what kind of services she offered and she said "the usual services" offering no details and definitely not trying to "sell" her business, which I found very strange. I figured she may be busy and decided to come in anyway. Throughout the appointment to get my hair trimmed and pressed, she complained about the products I used, cut me off when I answered her questions, and was extremely condescending. Finally, I just sat in silence as she finished. At one point she (rudely) asked me if there was a problem because I seemed tense. There tone of voice is just always off!!! She is clearly not interested in gaining and retaining new clients based on her terrible customer service. Needless to say, I will never go back and would not recommend going unless you have a very high tolerance for rudeness. Even then, I didn't even like the way my hair turned out, so you're better of driving to Detroit or Grand Rapids for a good stylist, in my opinion.
