PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH!! I like my nails very long , I immediately told the lady if you are not comfortable doing long nails don't do them , I then asked for square every nail is a different shape immediately she put the acrylic on and it BURNED I STARTED CRYING . She completely disregarded what I was telling her and continued with my nails I've been getting acrylics since I was 12 I'm 19 now and have never felt that pain before . It was VERY painful ! She made my finger bleed , I told her that all my nails were different lengths she attempted to fix one and it is still very messed up . I sat in her chair for an hour and a half. She asked me for 90$ for these nails , I politely told her about how she made my finger bleed the burning and the different shapes , I gave her 80$. I am a nail tech myself I have my own business , I just can't do my own nails , I would've never even charged 70 for these 65$ Max , I understand she worked the best she could, hence why I still paid her and stayed polite but it's every frustrating that she continued to do my nails and over priced me . Hot mess. I made an appointment at 7:30... She calls and ask if I can come early... I get there at 7:10 and she makes me wait for 40 minutes... She didn't listen to what I wanted... I asked for slightly rounded square AND Showed her a picture... She makes them round... Because that's what I had done before... I asked for an American manicure... She did French... Which I hate... This is so frustrating because I showed her a picture! Then she tells me she can't do what was on the pic ( which would have been fine if she told me in the beginning... 2 hours and 10 minutes prior when I showed her the pic the first time... ) I even went as far as leaving my phone on with the pic so she could see it.. I didn't want a crazy complicated design... She charged me full price for some bad 80's French manicure... AVOID THIS PLACE! There are too many nail salons to settle for poor service...
Horrible!! Went with my 2 daughters to get pedicures and they told us to pick a color, so we did and stood and waited. Another customer came in they asked her what she needed and was a pedicure and they sat her right down.. Another mother daughter came in also, we are still waiting but they went and sat them down also before us!! I am a very good tipper they missed out, since that was enough- we were out of there!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!
