Avoid this place. Burnt my hair, wrong color applied, lied about price. They have unqualified stylists. Management is also ignorant to customer concerns. Avoid. Id go to Hair Cuttery before going back.

I'm going here for almost 7 years now. Stylist come and go. But I got lucky ! Some of their best still there. Emidio, Chris. I missed kristan she already had her own salon. Still here, staff were anazing

Walked in here thinking the more money you pay the better the service and to do what I actually wanted.. I have dark brown hair and I put balayage Carmel high lights in my hair and I wanted to go back to my natural color. The lady didn't really inform me on what permanent dye was or really anything I wasn't planning on dying my whole head I just wanted to tone down the strips of Carmel. I just took her word because I figured that it was an easy fix. Number one she leaves the dye in for 60 minutes. You don't leave dye in for longer than 40 min. That's a known fact and you don't have to be a hair stylists to know that. Number 2 the worst part of all this isn't dark brown this is PURE BLACKKK!!! For the money I paid and for her to make my hair literally black is so frustrating. You know black hair is maintenance constantly and hard to get out if I ever wanted to change my hair color and on top of it ITS PERMANENT AND SHE GAVE ME NO BACK GROUND ON WHAT THAT IS OR WHAT I COULD DO AROUND THAT LIKE A GLAZE!!!! Never going back here again..

So my wife goes to the color room and gets Seated with Travis. She goes in for a trim low lights and a glaze. She was between a 10 and 11 level blonde and made it abundantly clear she did not want to go darker. I guess the guy didnt listen or heard what he wanted to hear because she comes home upset and way darker then when she went in. She paid 300 plus tip for something she absolutely doesn't like. I told her to call them and get some money back for what they did and I was informed they would set her up with someone else who if fact would need to be tipped as well. Females pay crazy amounts of money for their hair and with that being said it should look exactly how they want it. So I guess the moral of the story is if you go here and they give you a random color you didn't ask for for 300 bucks. Your basically stuck w it unless you wanna beat on your hair and pay more money. Horrible business Model and do not work at all with their customers financially. I'm sick to my stomach that they charged my wife so much for something she doesn't even like. Ridiculous. Also you will see going in there everything about price is sketchy. You will walk out feeling you just got robbed. This isn't the first time this has happened. My wife's best friend went back 3 times after they messed her head up 3 times and she had to pay something everytime. This place doesn't deserve customers because all they do is rip them off. I will add a picture for you and note her hair was supposed to come out blonde. Like is was when she walked in the door. Ps her hair looks good as I would say no matter what but it's not at all what she asked for and she spent 300 dollars.
