My first time in this salon was great. So I decided to go back for a pedicure instead of my regular salon because they do hot stones, which is a nice touch. I wish I had just stuck with my normal place! The woman that did my pedicure was less than pleasant. She said not one word to me during during my pedicure, making for an uncomfortable and awkward experience despite my several attempts to make a conversation. I also now have the worst ingrown toe nail due to her cutting my nails entirely too short. And not only did she give me an ingrown toe nail, but they look horrible as well. I honestly could have done a better job myself and saved myself the pain and money. The gel on several toes are already peeling and it's been not even 48 hours since they were done. To say I'm unsatisfied with the service is an understatement.

Well.. I wanted to love this salon, and I did at first. I got a gel pedicure and it was great, so I decided to bring back my mom and sister. We all got pedicures, mine being gel again, all good on that aspect. I also received a gel manicure, I thought it was a little strange that they didn't soak my cuticles but I chalked it up to they were doing me a favor and fitting me in for the gel mani portion of my service. At first my nails look great, but now a week out they look horrible. All the sides of the gel are lifting, causing water and hair to becoming stuck under them, some even ripped off already. I figured no biggy I'll just call and explain and figured since it's only been a week they would fix it. Well to my surprise when calling they said sure we will fix it for a $15 charge, I said I thought the gels were guaranteed to last 2 weeks, they said yes but our policy to fix them is 5 days. Needless to say I politely declined them fixing them for a charge and stated I just would not be back, the receptionists response was okay have a great day. This salon should really reconsider their policy, considering their prices have recently been raised for inflation yet they obviously don't take pride in their work.
I started going here about 2-3 month ago, I was looking for a new salon. I FOUND IT!! I love it here everyone is so nice friendly and personable. I have have had several technicians from the owner Lisa (who is awesome) Baezya, Nelli, Alexa and Stef.. all wonderful! They have moved to a bigger space, it is tastefully decorated and I am still experiencing the same wonderful service.
