TEN Salon & Spa in Greenwood, IN

I Well I went here because I Googled this salon and it had some pretty good reviews but I went there and I had a new set of acrylic nails put on and within 4 days 7 of them had came off and I called and was told that I could get them redone at a discount and when I said I thought they should have been done for free because they did not last me the 1st nail came off my 2nd day after having them done and when I called the person that did my nails I'm not even gonna mention her name which I should she told me that they should not be done for free because this job is how she puts food on her table just like my job puts food on my table I thought that was absolutely ridiculous because technically you should have plenty of food on your table if you're going to charge me again to do my nails
She also, told me she was going to talk to the owner about how much of a discount she could give me to redo my nails and NEVER got back to me!  I also had a hair appointment and I canceled it because of this situation because I am not going to give my business to this place. Would not recommend them at all

I took my daughter to get her hair done by Sarah and was very pleased with how it turned out. The salon was clean and very nice with a big open look. If you're looking for a salon, look no further than TEN Salon & Spa....and if you're looking for a new stylist, definitely contact and book an appointment with Sarah!! Will definitely come back and give it a 10 out of 10!!!

The lady at the front was very nice. She got me in for a pedicure right away!  The pedicure was good but extremely uncomfortable.  It's a make shift pedicure station with an office chair and a kitchen sink.  I was miserably uncomfortable and to pay 40.00 to sit in a chair I was looking to get out of for an hour was not my idea Of relaxation.  I went there because I had a gift card I had received for my birthday but they said it was expired.  I understand coupons expiring but a gift card has been paid in full.  I don't believe they should have an expiration.  IMO

Been getting a maintenance pedi there every other month for a few years. Yes I HIGHLY recommended that men get pedicures. Trust me your ladies will love you for it. The space has moved & expanded in the last year.
They recently reopened after the pandemic but from what I can see are following cleaning & preventive protocols very well.
They offer manicures & pedis, tanning, hair cuts & coloring plus other things I'm sure.
They are appointments only so call ahead. The owner Shea is great. I HEARTILY recommend the lady who keeps my feet in great shape Di!

I really wanted to love this place after the reviews, but sadly I cant. I will start off by saying the workers were very friendly! The environment was very warm and clean. I made an appt for mani/gel pedi and was seen immediately.  My pedi was great, but sadly my manicure wasn't. My thumb nail peeled off that night. My cuticles weren't pushed back nor cleaned. I did go the very next day and she fixed it, but it peeled off right again! She told me sometimes it doesn't dry. I have always gotten gel, because they are suppose to be dry before you leave. I really wish everything turned out differently. It's only been 3 days since I had these done.
