Lnc Nails in Greenwood, IN

We had just moved to Greenwood from North Carolina and I started going to this nail salon because it's close to the house and doing my nails is the one thing that I do for myself everything else is about the house and the family. At first I was pretty pleased with the way my nails were getting done and then they started going downhill from there. The woman that did my nails the one time had them all slanted not have a more even and they were super thick and I told him I do not want sick nails I was grow my nails out so I just had the gel overlay put on my nails except for the where the nose had broken down I had them put a fake mail on and then I always use the gel polish because it last longer. I went back to have him fix it because the day that she messed them up I didn't have time to have them re-done. When I went to have them fixed I went ahead and had the color changed also which is only two days after I have my nails done and he charged me $25 to fix their mistake and to repaint my nails which is fine I'll pay to have my nails repainted but I don't think it's right to pay to have my nails fixed. This was the last time I went there I have found another nail place that I like a lot better.
I will say that the two working there and the teenage girl that's always there are usually really nice that's why I'll give it to stars.

I am picky about where I get my nails done and this place is a great place to go! I was welcomed when I first walked in and did not wait long at all. The service was very nice and my nails look great. They offer a variety of services as well. Definitely recommend for anyone in the Greenwood area.

I just moved to Greenwood a few months ago and so far I love this place! They take their time! Especially when getting a mani and pedi. No rushing!! Great convo with Racheal ! Will continue to come here. You also get a loyalty card. ( after 10

I picked this salon because my nail tech was not available.  I asked the owner  to give me a pointier nail like what's in style currently, I even showed him a picture.  He worked on my nails for about 10 mins and I could see that I already did not like them. I told the nail tech that I would like them pointer... Instead of  him offering to fix it, he started yelling at me. Telling me that "no one does pointy nails " and  & I wasted his time! Then he just starts frantically cutting them off & CUTS my finger while he's screaming!  I have never-ever been treated so poorly. I thought the customer was always right?? The owners wife had to take over & remove my nails to start over. Clearly, I will never return there. This salon needs to get up on the current styles & times. If a customer is un-happy with your service just offer to fix it. Don't throw a tantrum like a 4year old ! Horrible, save yourself the trouble. All these owners care about is $$!!
