Was treated to the most painful experience in the history of my nail services. I am limited to time at the moment because of taking care of my elderly mom. The removal of my acrylics was done by the lady there (never have been introduced) that was very painful. I wasn't thinking properly or I would not have allowed it. What happened to soaking nails?? She actually tore one of nails to the skin and it was bleeding. My fingers have been sore for three weeks and the pain just now letting up.
Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
Wanted to a try a new place and this is so so. I asked for long stiletto and got short almond looking nails. The tech was messy with the filing drill and at times was filing my skin. They didn't have the first two colors I chose so they chose a similar one for me.
The place could definitely use renovations and I extra storage. They have boxes laying out and it looks tacky. This set cost me $40 and took an hour and a half.
Worst mani pedi day with my daughter EVVER! I go to have a nice relaxing mani pedi day with my daughter well as soon as I'm seated I can see how things are going to go. I asked for full set gel manicure and a gel coat pedicure for me

As the technician starts (male ). Which I usually prefer when it comes to getting my nails done. He begins to take off the old glue ect and rushing me to pick a color . I had a whole picture pretty simple color and coffin shaped well as he's rushing me to pick from this box of awful colors I ask him when he's going to apply the gel nail set to my bails . Him and his co worker begin going back and forth in a language I cannot understand and I was told
That there was a miscommunication that he thought I just wanted a manicure and polish. I tell him that's not what I asked for

At the end I look at my nails and see these nails that are ten times the size of
My actual finger nail and chipped and uneven .. my feet still have all the dead skin and callouses that I came in with and I'm told I owe 160.00!!!! When I ask exactly why he stumbles
On his words and proceeds to tell me he said 106.00 ( obviously bc I called him out on why the price was so high for one horrible mani pedi. Then proceeds to yell at me as I'm paying him the money embarrassing me in front of everyone in the store ! They were all staring and appalled I'm sure! Needless to say he did not get a tip and I will not be going back ever again. Ruined me and my daughters day out to say the least the nails I'll have fixed elsewhere tomorrow. Oh and while I'm sitting the nail tech receives a call that they have on speaker mind you in a store full of clients complaining that she was there a week ago to get her nails done and was already missing three nails and the polish on her toes almost completely off! While all ya customers just sit there and listen to this poor woman complain and them basically telling her she has the wrong place when she repeatedly told them that she knew she was calling the right salon.
