Relaxation Nails And Spa in Wilmington, DE

I was provided a discount card for my birthday which was on July 8 and only when I asked to use the discount card the owner decided to not honor the discount and then became rude and obnoxious with me. I have been to this establishment over the last few months and I have noticed that they different reactions to people who look like me, an African American. The people at this establishment continue to treat people who looks like me with poor taste and it is not okay on any spectrum. People who look like me should not patronize this establishment as they continue to do what they want yet they will accept our green money and decide to do our kind any kind of way. This is not okay and will never be tolerated by me and we as people should not have to tolerate this behavior and discriminate in this day in time.

Please do it give this establishment any of your time or money as this facility looks down on our kind. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

Really wanted to like this place again, after years of leaving to go somewhere else because of poor service, i came back last week. I not only made an appointment, but had to wait 30 mins after my appointment to even have someone start working on my pedicure. this is the reason i'll never go back- i give myself a pedicure at home around once a month, meaning i exfoliate, trim my cuticles, trim and paint my nails, etc. so my feet are not bad, but i guess when the girl was using the scraper on the heel of my foot, dead skin was coming off-hence the reason for them doing this (to get the dead skin off) but the girl was making disgusted faces and making a big deal about it-in front of everyone too. the reason this bothered me so much bis because i know that i take care of myself, and to embarrass someone like that isn't good customer service at all. i'll never go back because everytime i've tried them over and over again i always end up with a bad experience- i don't even know why i have tried to like them so many times. what a shame.

Beware! Beware! They make up prices for different customers..higher prices for black people! $108 dollars for dipping powder and rhinestones on my own nails??! Do not patronize this business!

I have been here before and was happy. This time not so much. The lady who did my nails was very distracted the whole time. Jumping up to get things., answering calls, passing out a basket with candy. My dip nails are just ok. A little thick and bumpy on spots. I had to ask to have two of them worked to make nicer looking. The place also seemed chaotic...loud cell Phone that kept ringing.
Sorry guys, I hate leaving negative reviews, but I just did not have a good enough end result to tolerate the lack of individual focus.

Honestly they are pretty good.  Kristine does a great job.  She is usually my go to girl.  Tay is also very good.  The only two i have had do my nails there so far.  Clean place and make sure you are happy prior to leaving.
