Supercuts in Wilmington, DE

I have been coloring my hair for over a decade, everything from box color done at home to getting my hair professionally done at salons. In all my time I have never met anyone as amazing as Jenni. I was first scheduled for a cut and color earlier this week, but due to a misunderstanding we didn't have time for the color. But it gave me a chance to talk with Jen about what I wanted. I came in two days later for the color and she worked wonders. Took my lightened-and-faded red (now orange) hair (complete with my dark roots) and gave me a vibrant, rich dark red. Jen was personable and accommodating during each appointment, and I've never felt more comfortable in a salon chair. I'm so happy with the results and will definitely be making more appointments with her in the future!

I understand Covid and the need for appointments. However, when your signage in your window AND outside say "IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE " what do you think that to mean?

I was told by the stylist inside that it's semantics and just means you can walk in make an appointment immediately without having to wait to make an appointment but doesn't mean they have appointments now. What?????

You get what you pay for i guess.

Took my little guy to get a haircut at this place... absolutely butchered. Really glad he doesn't have any photos or important events coming up in the next few weeks so it can grow out.  Awful awful awful haircut.

**update** I still can't get over how bad this haircut is. This stylist should not be able to put scissors anywhere near a child ever again.

Great place for a haircut ! Have been a regular customer for years and I have never been disappointed. This particular visit came to be after I had neglected to get a haircut for a year or more. My usual stylist Susan was still there (woo-hoo), she remembered me and suggested that I donate my hair to Wigs for Kids, which I will do. Came in without an appointment and was seen immediately. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

While my stylist was good, the service was horrible.

I checked in at 12:45pm for my haircut appointment at 1:15 pm. I reached there at 1:10pm. I understand that one needs to wait when more people are ahead of you, the thing that flabbergasted me was that there was two people ahead of me and wait time was still zero. I notified the lady who was handling the cash counter but she was not even bothered to fix it. Her argument was that it's not accurate. While other Supercuts locations are following the check in process diligently, this store is luring customers by showing them zero wait time and then asking them to wait for another 90 minutes and making accuses

I could've avoided this review but the lady was sitting idle and did not fix the issue when I notified her.

Haircut is almost like a commodity business, if you cannot differentiate yourself from Great Clips then at least make your service better.

Very disappointed with the service and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
