Fusion Salon in Wilmington, DE

Had a horrible experience. Appointment to cover roots on Tuesday by Thursday the color was gone?  never had this issue at other salons. I'm guessing they are using the cheapest worst hair product. complete wast of money.  Do not waste your time or money. I rather stain my forehead,  neck and hands by dying my own hair at home. I or any of my friends will ever go to Fusion salon again. I waited a week before they called me back. Even worst customer service!

Looking for a salon that doesn't care? Look no further, friend! I asked for an ombre, got charged for a balayage, and left with neither! Yay me. The manager, Ali, kindly informed me that a balayage and an ombre are the same thing. Silly me. When I tried to schedule a private time to meet with the owner, Lori, I was ignored for months, and ultimately dismissed. I even sent an email from another address and got an instant response, proving they were indeed ignoring me and not temporarily unavailable.It's clear that Lori (the owner) doesn't care about new customers and is content with just her current ones. Getting that from other reviews now too.

Crazy thing is, I would see my stylist again honestly, if she worked elsewhere. I don't think they even told her I wanted to come back in. She probably would've been able to fix it easily because I know she's seasoned and talented. She will remain unnamed.

I can forgive a mistake that made my hair so uneven and try again with a stylist, but I can't forgive Lori's lack of compassion and humanity. It's been three months. I tried to be professional and respectful, tried for months to speak privately to not cause a disruption. I don't ever do this - I'm not an internet troll just hiding behind a screen posting bad reviews instead of talking like an adult. I'm just tired. I'm so tired of this. It's been too long and they just can't do this to people. How can you run a business like this?

Another salon fixed my hair, for free. Just think about that for a second. It was that bad.
Save yourself the headache and tears and go somewhere else for styling and wedding services. Check out the before and after photos from the other salon. I only edited the original pictures into a collage and added text; 100% no filters or anything, the hair you see is bad ALL on its own! Thanks for the ride, Fusion. I highly recommend Fusion Salon for any formal hair and makeup needs. Their bridal team came to my friend's house the morning of her wedding. I was very impressed with how well the stylist and MUA recreated the look I was going for based on the photos I showed them. I was especially blown away by my makeup. The MUA had a great time doing such a bold wedding look. It lasted all night and I cannot tell you how many compliments I received.

This review is in regards to Fusion's wedding/bridal services! Speaking for myself as a bridesmaid, I couldn't have been happier with my hair & makeup. We came to the salon bright and early and their team did such a great job glamming everyone up. Friendly stylists, the space they do the wedding party services in is so cute and we had a great time. My hair stylist Jackie nailed the style I showed her in my inspo photo, and my makeup artist did an amazing job too! (Can't remember her name, started with an M). Overall I highly recommend them for your bridal party needs!

Have been going to this great salon for many years, getting great cuts and color from Lori Rideout.  One day I dared to mention growing out my natural color which I knew was some kind of gray.  I was worried I would look washed out or older but Lori assured me that it could be reversed if I didn't like it and answered the zillion questions I had.  From the first procedure it had a definite authentic hue so I didn't need to hide out or cover my hair.  After every visit it kept looking better and better.  It now looks fantastic, quite light, and I don't look washed out.  Friends and family really like it and someone even said I look younger!  If anyone is contemplating this journey, take it with Lori.  She'll Keep your hair in top condition the whole time and give you sound advice.  She knows the science so you'll learn a lot, too.  AND you'll have a very good time!
