I had Brittany for a couple of months, then she left. I was just taken care of by Maneesha and she is also fabulous.  Super nice and really knows what she's doing.  I'm excited to have another expert hair cut at a decent price.

If I could give no stars I would. I went to the store on Concord Pike in Wilmington Delaware I specifically wanted one side of my hair clippered and one side left alone because I'm growing it out I said do not cut anything off the length. The stylist began cutting my hair even though I asked her not to and when I asked her to stop she kept cutting saying she liked bangs shorter and that it was important to cut the ends off regularly. My bangs are an inch shorter and the rest of my hair is another inch shorter. I am calling the corporate office and complaining. This is unacceptable. The only reason I paid was because I didn't feel like causing a scene. And just so we're clear I'm blasting it all over social media too.

Made an online appointment which had a 70 minute wait. I get to the salon at the time given and gave my name. Expected to wait 5-10 minutes but found out the online reservation means nothing. Ended up waiting until the other folks in the salon were done as if I walked in with no reservation. When I asked why have an online appointment the stylist just said she didn't know why they offer online reservations. Not very customer friendly.

Surprised at all the negative reviews. I go here every time I get my hair cut and I've never had a bad cut. I like that they keep a record of how I like it so, I don't have to explain every time. Customer service is great, staff always super friendly. I would recommend signing in online , especially if you go on a weekend.
