So if you are looking for a haircut where they DONT listen to what you want done with your hair, this is perfect. I went in asking for a pretty dramatic cut, I have very long hair, too my butt basically. I wanted to trim a good length off, taking around 6 inches off to start with and then to go shorter based off how it looked. Well, I got 5 inches taken off instead -_-, still wasn't short enough so I said cut 2 more inches(I'm not attached to my long hair so please just chop it lol). The stylist kept referring to my cut as just a trim, so I also reminded the stylist cutting my hair that I'm not just doing a trim and I need a full cut: trim, layers, framing etc (it's been years since my last cut so it's well over due at this point). And they said ok, when I asked for layers they proceeded to put "layers in my hair that you can't tell are there, so they're really subtle, but don't worry they are there." Needless to say the haircut may not LOOK bad but this is definitely not what I asked for at all(my hair literally looks identical, just 7 inches shorter ). The communication between the stylist and myself was "lost in translation", it's important to make the customer feel heard and understood so they get the results they want. I'm not sure if the stylist wanted to try and mimic the hair I currently have or what exactly but it's just not it.

I had an excellent experience with Salina. She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. She made a color perfect for me and my cut was also exactly what I wanted. Staff is friendly and the the shop is clean. Definitely recommend Salina!

I made an appointment by phone. I arrived a little early and was greeted very friendly. After a short wait I was picked up by Salina. She gave me an excellent cut, great manners as in telling me what she was going to do next and she was great fun too! Thank you so much!

I went in for a trim & Krystina was super nice and did exactly what I asked for. She even gave me a conditioner sample. She was very sweet & I would go back again!

This is the only place I get my hair cut, they always cut the best hair and it's always very consistent no matter which stylist you have. I was recently in a big rush to get to a company event and had to go close to closing time and Alma said she would still help me and was very understanding and did it with a smile the whole time. She's always very professional along with the whole staff there. Thanks again!
