Absolutely wonderful folks. I came in with long hair in braids and left with long happy hair in fresh new braids. And the ends, neck and sideburns trimmed perfectly.
I've been going to Cuttin' Up for around 6 years. Previously, I'd gone to barber shops, a well-known $25.00 haircut place at the new Butler Plaza, expensive salons and another chain, and just wasn't completely satisfied. I'd gone to Publix one day and drove by this place and decided to give them a try. My experience was such that I was definite going to return and never been anywhere else since. The stylists are talented, experienced, listen to what you want, and I've never had one to rush-cut me. I've never had a bad haircut - not once. They don't act like you're inconveniencing them if you decide at the end of your cut if you'd like a little more off or some other thing. I haven't had anyone try to force a conversation on me, which is a big deal to me. Great stylists, awesome customer service - for the grand sum of $13.00. I recommend them without reservation.
This is probably the worst place I've been to for a haircut. They said 15 minutes wait time, cut some guys hair who is the owners friend , even though I've been waiting in line and then made me wait 45 more minutes all the while saying 10 more minutes, when they clearly knew it was gonna take an hour. A place that doesn't value their customers time is not worth even looking up. And it's not even a good cut that I got. Wasted my whole evening
So yesterday I was getting a hair at Cuttin Up the lady sitting at the end she cut my hair too short and I wasn't like it because so I look on Mirror to see my hair i was actually freakin piss and my mom too sow my hair was too short as an centimeters of hair size
Normally I'm a very calm person but I'm genuinely upset. The guy who cut my hair was RUDE. Me hair was medium length, I only wanted a bit cut off, which he did just fine but when I got home I noticed that I have inch long hairs in the center of my scalp. The guy messed me up. DO NOT GO HERE!
