Supercuts in Cumberland, RI

I have had Allie to do my hair cut in Cumberland location in the past one year or so. She does a superb job every time. She is highly experienced, professional and very friendly.  I highly recommend her to everyone.

I was hoping Brianna was on.  But she had the day off.   Let a young kid cut my hair.   She May as well have used a lawn mower. Lol.  I walked into my house and my wife couldn't stop laughing.    Least hair grows back.  Next time I call for Brianna,  no other person there has a clue how to layer hair and have it a little longer on the top.   Place is a joke

i had lived in Cumberland for 15 years and went to this Supercuts.   It slowly got worse and worse... the "stylists" seem to be getting more inexperienced.   I since moved away and started going to the supercuts in Seekonk - in and out in 15 minutes and exactly how I tell them I want my hair - super efficient and experienced.  I get back to Cumberland every once in awhile for a few hours and decide I can get a haircut while I am there.  The last two times, the stylists looked terrified to be cutting hair, cut so slow and so little off... and then it eventually comes down to me telling them specifically where to cut.  I realize they need to start somewhere - but I pay just to have to go somewhere else to fix it.   Should they be on the floor alone yet?  is there a way to give them an on the job mentor during this ramp up time?  I thought it was a fluke the first time but the location really has gone down hill.

I had my hair cut yesterday by Kait, and she was fabulous- just as the latest reviews on Google said, and even beyond my expectations. She was warm, friendly, and we even joked back and forth!
She was easy to talk to and ask questions about my hair, & she also made some honest and helpful observations.
I'm not a high maintenance person by any means, and only get my hair trimmed 3-4 times a year. My hair is pretty easy- a cut & style only takes about 20 minutes max, and Kait made me feel like I was getting a top notch salon experience to hold me over for the next 3 months or so.
She is excellent at every facet of customer service whether answering the phone, greeting you at the door, or consulting with you at the start of your appointment.
I highly recommend you see her if you are looking for someone new!

Terrible. I called first thing in the morning for a 2 PM appointment and waited 30 minutes before leaving without a cut. I tried to give them a second chance because they messed up a simple cut on my daughters hair a few months ago-- straight hair was cut totally crooked - but the service is terrible. Clearly, after reading all the reviews here, I'm not The only one who feels this way.
