My first time in a long time to JT Nail Spa. Nice atmosphere, very clean.
Ryan did my mani-pedi, acrylic fill with gel polish and gel pedi. Nice and quick but not rushed.
Will definitely be going back!

The best salon around the area with reasonable pricing if you are able to get in. Always booked and not flexible with scheduling. Anytime I get a gel mani or dip is lasts a minimum of 3 weeks. Tina is an incredibly hardworking business owner but also does a great job when she is my tech.
The girls at check in are always super kind and helpful when picking out colors.

JT Nail Spa is a fantastic business I absolutely love having my nails and feet done here they are a very professional, friendly and clean facility always making sure you are comfortable and getting what you asked for they have a great selection of services and are reasonably priced I don't ever feel like I'm being over charged I personally won't use any other nail business! Try them you won't be disappointed

I would rate a zero as well.  I really wish I had read the review before mine because I too brought my teenage daughter here and we just had a horrible experience. My daughter was getting her nails done and after the lady cut her gel tips she asked the lady if she make them a little longer and the lady said- let me reshape them. She then said they are still too short and she said well don't you like them like this? If not I have to redo them. And my daughter said ok well do u think we could do that, and the lady said but i reshaped them, dont you like them like this? Additionally her thumb nail was super warped to the left side and the lady just acted like she didn't know what my daughter was saying.
I had let her go by herself for the first time and was waiting in the waiting area for her to be done when she came out, she had her hands in a ball and was covering her nails I asked her what was going on and she said I'll tell you in the car so I paid $60 and went outside with my daughter who is crying and told me what happened I went back in there and the lady the front desk told me that that's normal and that that didn't happen and that it's also OK that there's still leftover paint on the side of the skin I asked to speak with the lady who did it just to let her know that I wanted my money back because she literally pushed my daughter into doing nails right before school that she's so embarrassed. She has her hands and fist the lady then said that we could be refunded instead of refunding me the front desk girl got on her cell phone walked out of the building and started speaking to her manager outside the store just like she did on the review before mine. She then told me that my daughter had to come back in and remove the nails to get the money back which is this time. My daughter was too embarrassed to come back in my dogs, nails look awful. The whole reason she got them done with that go to school and to look nice and make your hands look good and now she won't even let people see them. We spent all last night taking them off and now we're paying again and going to a different place this morning. I am kicking myself for not going with her and I'm furious that they would take a vantage of a 14 year old knowing that they won't speak up for themselves because they're not an adult. This is not the way to conduct yourself or how to get repeat business and honestly it's a Shystie way of acting.

I would rate zero stars!!! Customer service is horrible! They screwed up my daughters nails, they were crooked and angled up at the ends, filed her SKIN so she bled and filed the nails so thin she was crying!! Made an appointment to have them fixed, we came in and they didn't even have the appointment scheduled! Wanted me to come back the next night! Receptionist and owner were nicely whispering about me right in front of me while i was there watching them... so rude!  I've never dealt with any salon that has an owner and workers with such attitudes because they screwed up. Do NOT recommend at all! Don't waste your money or time here! They "fixed" them and they are still screwed up!!
