Update from the previous review. I still am driving 45 minutes across town for a haircut from Tracey. She is the best, and will continue to go to her and follow where ever she might go.
4th time bringing my elderly mother to this location due to its convenient location to our home. As usual, no one greets us, says hello, welcome, have a seat. NOTHING. The last time we came I was at the desk checking mom in and the "stylist" glanced over at my mom in her wheelchair, then looked at me and asked sternly "will she be able to stand up to get into the hair washing chair?" SERIOUSLY? This is how you treat your customers with mobility issues?? There's something called the ADA and facilities should be accessible to EVERYONE. Supercuts management NEEDS to re-train your employees on 1) BASIC customer service and 2) how NOT to speak to customers in wheelchairs. You are setting yourself up for a lawsuit. This will be the last time we patronize this location. Convenience is not worth horrible customer service!
Before coming to this salon I tried to go to a few previous places but they were all full. I made an appointment on line and there was no wait when I got to the salon. Tracy was my stylist and I just asked for a cut and trim on my curtain bangs. She was so polite to me and I genuinely enjoyed talking to her! I absolutely loved my hair when she was finished and it hardly took any time. I am very happy with my visit and will be back.
I just had a very pleasant experience with this Supercuts. I am man with extremely long hair that was badly knotted and tangled and quite uncomfortable. I called and spoke with Tracy who had done an excellent cut on me before. She was booked but recommended Tamika. Tamika did a wonderful job painlessly getting all the tangles and knots out of my hair and made some excellent recommendations so that doesn't occur again. After getting all the knots out she trimmed my hair getting rid of all the splits ends, then washed my hair complete with a sublime scalp massage. I enjoyed conversing with Tamika and another stylist Mya who made sure I didn't forget my phone. I left the salon looking like a million bucks. I'll definitely be back.
This was my second time going to this Supercuts and I enjoyed my experience. Both times TT cut my hair and both times it turned out great.
