HORRIBLE Customer service and communication. I called ahead of time to request an appointment to get my nails soaked off. I was told that an appointment was not needed for that service. I then asked whether or not it was a good time to come soak my nails off because I only had an hour to work with for lunch break. I was told that it was not busy and to come. Once I got there I was told to sit and waited for 30 minutes. No one communicated anything with me and when I finally asked what the status was of simply having my nails soaked off, I was told another 10-15 minutes. At that point I walked out and I will never attempt to spend money there again. Waste of time.

I am new to the city and this was the first and last time i will go there.
I went in for an acrylic fill. I barely sat down and the tech was super rough with me, pulling on my hands and twisting my finger like if they were not attached to my hands. He was drilling down the previous gel polish so hard and fast with the drill on full speed that is was burning. I asked him to slow the speed of the drill down because it was painful and he gave me attitude about it. He barely said one word to me the whole time and rushed through the hole process. He was done in 30min and i left with lumpy badly shaped nails and in pain.
This is unacceptable, i have been getting my nails done for years and I've never experienced anything like this.
DO NOT GO THERE.
If I could give zero stars I would . I've tried this place three times and every single time I leave I satisfied and upset . They act as if they just started doing nails or barely speak English . Walked in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, it was about a 10 min wait (it was a Friday afternoon). Got called for the pedicure then the gel manicure and had no issues from walking in to walking out.
