Me taking my kids to Great Clips? No thank you. So I thought..... I am from the land of warm, fuzzy, and sentimental. I worry too much as well. I wanted something extra special since our family hair dresser had moved. I have been trimming our girl's hair since she moved. Our little tot was looking to go short so we needed a professional. Our neighbor recommended them. She takes her daughter their for the long hair trims that I usually do myself on the girls. I called to make sure someone there was seasoned and their website made it easy to reserve a time. We drove from lunch and walked in. It said 20 minute wait online and we were seen in 5. I was so nervous. Cassie took us back. I showed her a photo of what our daughter was looking for. She also wanted to save her long hair for her keepsake box. She did a fabulous job. I don't know why I worried so much. Well I actually do because growing up I found it hard to find someone myself. We were super happy. Our little one couldn't stop smiling. Cassie has been there 15 years and will be our new go-to gal for short cuts.
Was in the area and stopped for my boy to get a haircut. We didn't check in online, but the wait was only about 20 minutes. For me Great Clips is hot or miss depending on what location and who you get to cut your hair. This stop was fairly quick and no issues. My picky teenager left happy with the outcome.
Kylla did an amazing job! So happy with her personality, detail and attention. She asked if I could go home and flat iron my hair in order to get a clean cut. I appreciate her honesty and that she didn't just start cutting. Went home flat ironed and came back. She took me right away. Love love love my hair cut! Tipped her big as this hair cut would've been $60 anywhere else. She took her time, textured and all. Amazing service. Will be a client for life. Bringing my daughter in tomorrow.
