D&D Complete Nailcare& Spa in Surprise, AZ

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago for a pedicure. I must say when I walked in the chemical smell was overpowering. After about 20 minutes someone actually opened the front door. The shop was very clean and bright. No complaints there. However, the woman who did my pedicure barely spoke to me the entire time. After hello and which pedicure would you like, she said very little. The pedicure she did was adequate, about as little as she could get away with. I gave her a good tip but would not go back or recommend the salon to my friends. I've had better pedicures for the same price.

This is an amazing salon my Mother-In-Law found in our neighborhood of the Grand. I am so happy since it is so close to my house. We had appointments for three of us and the staff provides a wonderful experience for both pedicures and manicures. I had the Spa Pedicure and it was (as of 11/20/22) $30. A great price for a soak, sugar exfoliation, hot stone with a hot towel, and organic lotion. I finished with the regular polish as well. I may upgrade to the gel polish next time for $15 more. I, personally, added on reflexology for 10 minutes at $15. It was such a nice and relaxing treatment and really invigorated my feet. I will be back for additional reflexology sessions in the near future. I finished with a regular manicure. Again, I received a hot towel and lotion before having manicure completed. Price was $20. I will probably upgrade to gel next time I'm in. Overall, this place is very clean and staff super friendly. I will be back very soon and love all the options. I liked the idea of picking my color from my spa chair and having to go to a wall to look at all the colors as in salons past. I'm including pictures of the pretty pink color for both feet and hands. Great job on color and shaping.

Went here for mani and pedi and was not disappointed!!! They are very friendly, informative and easy to get along with!!! Clean place, nice massage and good customer service. If I didn't live in Seattle, this would be my go to place! My mom and sister got their eye brows waxed and they look great! They also got mani and pedis and enjoyed it. Thank you 1 stop nail shop!!! Will be back! (When I come visit my sister)

Run.. do not walk away. Worst nail job EVER. The pic shows it all - bumpy, uneven, gloppy, not shiny, hot cuticle mess. So ugly and sloppy. She had no idea how to do dip nails. There was junk behind my nails, glue all over my fingers. When I told them this is not right, they suddenly couldn't speak English anymore. I left and went to another salon within 5 minutes. That tech said the dip was done all wrong and polish was put on over the dip. No refund, no sorry - nothing (they made me pay before they were done.)

I went to the salon for their $35 organic lemon pedicure. All went well until the time for polish. He forgot the clear coat and the top coat. He then told me to let them dry he would be right back. He did not return, instead began a manicure on another customer. Finally, I removed my own toe separators and struggled to get out of the chair. As I walked to the front of the salon he realized "oh" he'd forgotten something. I paid him but will shop for another salon. I've been to this salon for three pedicures and two manicures. I feel I've given them adequate chance to be customer friendly and caring.
