Mona did the best hi lights and color on my hair ever. She is fast, efficient and organized. I wish I met her years ago. Love it. She's fantastic and reasonable. Her team is so in tune.
Ms. Mona is amazing! She took her time and I showed her the shape of eyebrow that I wanted. She drew them out and I approved. She put a numbing agent on brows. The whole process took 1.5 hrs. Great thing is, I get FREE RETOUCH in 4 weeks! There's customer parking spots at the Central Plaza. Make an appt and bring a pic of the brows you want. Eyebrow tattoo powder fill is $200.
I highly recommend Mona. Mona and her staff do an amazing job cutting, coloring and styling my hair. I have received numerous compliments. I have been going to her salon for a while. Her price is very reasonable compared to other salons. She has ample free parking.
