I booked Leslie and paid in FULL for services, not yet rendered, prior to the pandemic. Due to the pandemic our event was canceled. I emailed Leslie to ask if I could reschedule and use my payment for a later date and time, she agreed and then ghosted me. I have emailed her several times asking for either a re-book or a refund, but zero response.
I purchased the Pineapple package from the wedding officiant Reverend James Chun back in January of this year. Makeup and hair was included. Leslie emailed me the day after I purchased the package. She asked me to send any photos of makeup and hairstyles. Upon arriving in Waikiki I emailed Leslie informing her of my hotel's name and that I would meet her in the lobby to take her to my hotel room. I exchanged my cell number. Leslie arrived early and was all prepared. She was absolutely professional asking me what colors I prefer, any allergies she should know. I trusted her with how I wanted my makeup and hairstyle. I received many compliments from my friends and husband. Throughout the session we delightfully chatted. My husband was in the room as I was getting ready. This was an elopement and therefore he took the photos below. I highly recommend Leslie!! She is thorough and knows what is best!
