Jenni was wonderful. She was so kind and explained everything. She made my first spray tan experience so easy and smooth. I can't wait for my next one!

I had made a massage appointment online and i had to put in my credit card number. I paid for the service online which was 68.00. Evidently it didnt take the payment even though i printed out the page and showed it to them. I also had cbd added to my massage. That was 15.00. So, when I got done and went to pay she charged me 22.00 for the cbd and the taxes on it and supposedly the taxes on the massage. The receptionist or whomever was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I left a 10.00 tip for the massage. She was great. I hate to see her working there. She acted fearful while she was standing there while i paid. So there was 32.00 i paid the day of. Miss rude one said she would have to see if the payment went thru. I was called the next day and said that i would have to come in and pay or they were going to use my cc i had on file to pay it if i didnt come in. So i told them to go ahead and take it out. Remember the 22.00 included the taxes on the 68.00 massage. So on monday when i checked my bank account they had taken the 68.00 and taxes which I was charged almost 73.00. I don't know where they got that total. I sent a message and never got a response. I will never ever go there again. The women in the salon were absolute b's. I stood there for 10 minutes before one of them even asked me what i wanted. If i could give no stars i would. Hateful, nasty and arrogant place. Dont waste your money and this is not the first bad review of this place. I was ripped off for a 68.00 massage.

Called and asked about a service my ( normal salon that adore does not do)was put on a very long hold (was understandable for a busy salon) told that I would be contacted later that day to schedule an appointment for said service-that was Thursday today is Sunday. Very disappointed to say the least. I have been in this salon a few times, my over all impression is much like the service I experienced this time. Long waits for nothing. Would not recommend.

the website advertised a certain price, and when I checked out I was charged $50+ than the website advertised. I understand it changes based on stylist, but I was not told what I was even being charged for because it definitely wasn't what my appointment was made for. I was also there in regards to hair color, and when it was drying my stylist kept saying "it didn't turn out as good as it should've/we probably should've left the color on for longer/you might need to come back and get it redone." I don't think I should've been charged that much for a service that didn't even work.

Edit: called the salon to ask what I was charged for, and they informed me I was charged an additional $30 because I had my hair blow dryed. apparently a blow dry is only included in hair cuts. so if you get a color/toner/anything where your hair needs to be washed/rinsed, your options are either leave with wet hair or pay the $30 to have your hair dried. when I told them the service didn't take on my hair I was told "well you could ask your stylist if she could redo it, I'm sure she wouldn't mind." I shouldn't have to ASK her (and possibly have her say no) if I can have my hair fixed when she didn't do it right, it should be offered.

Jackie Wagoner is awesome.  She dyed, cut, and styled my hair before my wedding,  and it was PERFECT!!
