If Summer is there, then by all means go. Julie is another good tech along with Te. But if you get Jenny ( chair #2) leave and go somewhere else. She is in a hurry to make the money and your nails turn out bumpy. She also charges a different price every time! She's also Te's wife and if she doesn't like you, she has him skip you if you're next. That was our experience and we've been going there off and on for 3 years! Without Summer this place has went to hell!

By far worst nail salon in richmond, they told me it was a 10 minute wait once I got there they allowed four people to go ahead of me, when they just signed in, which caused me to be waiting for 40 minutes. I was actually trying to make this my new nail salon but absolutely not after this experience. Do not waste your time with them!
Needed last minute mani and pedi while we were in town. Everyone here was wonderful!! They were friendly, talkative, and we were all laughing the whole time; it was a nice, light afternoon, as we were in town for a funeral. Unfortunately, I was visiting from Arkansas, but if I lived in Richmond, this would be my regular spot, hands down!!
My mom and I have only actually gotten our nails done here twice. But have tried two other times. Each time the workers have been extremely rude and short with us. We were just wanting acrylic fill ins and they treated us like we wanted something super elaborate. After the first failed attempt we tried to make an appointment but were told they only did walk ins and then was promptly hung up on. The two times that they did my nails I had to go home and reshape them. They could not do almond shape nails or pink and white acrylic powder. I should have listened to my gut and never went back.
