Small Salon with friendly stylists and lots of character. Located in Historic Stevensville tucked in between antique shops and boutiques. Amy is my stylist and she's amazing!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in there for a simple color change with low lights. I walked out after 5 hours in tears. Amy did my hair and after she unveiled the first time I was so upset it looked horrible. Then she adds more highlights which if I'm being honest were not highlights just random colors she mixed and put in my hair. After the 2nd unveiling I looked like a fucked up tiger. I finally told her to put one color (Medium Brown- Showed pic of color) and leave it so I could walk out of salon. I ended up with dark brown almost black hair. Between all that she was supposed to add small layers to add volume to my hair while keeping my length. She made me leave salon with wet hair because she didn't have time to blow dry it. I was so pissed at this point it took everything I had not to go ape shit on her. I get home and am drying my hair to see what it looks like. I notice immediately that my hair is extremely uneven. Once dry I could tell just how bad it was... It looks like a three year old cut my hair and I used a box dye... Worst experiene ever... I could have done a better job at home then she did. I showed her pics of what I wanted the color to look like and I even showed her the exact color I wanted (which was my natural color at my roots) Idk how she came up with the dark brown almost black color. So unless you want to walk out in tears do NOT go to this salon.
Love this place! All of the hairdressers are great and the atmosphere is comfortable and easy going.
Lisa does a nice job with color and stays current with training and product knowledge.
