Levity Hair Studio in Stevensville, MD

I thought about writing this post but held off until now. I moved from across the bridge where I was used to high end prices and gorgeous hair! I heard about Levity and wanted to try it since everyone raved about it. So I did, I tried Sam out and just from observation she: - was not personable where she remembered your convos -was more focused on getting another person in the chair -did not achieve my color But that wasn't a huge deal breaker. I came from customer service from my past, if the hair stylist was running late even though they were physically there, you need to at least let the client know. Sam ran 15 minutes late because she was working on a social media video. I asked to speak to the owner and asked him to adjust my hair price that day (more the principle of it) and he said he could not do it and that it was his fault and patted my on the back. Then I was like okay, then he came back and said Sam did not want to do my hair because she thought I wasn't going to tip her or give her the full price of my hair appointment. And you know what, I went through got my hair appointment, tipped her full price and was respectful. But my honest opinion, I was disappointed, and felt that the owner (male husband) was a complete dick and if I could I would give zero stars. Maybe next time someone will think before they treat someone a certain way, especially if they do not know them. I do have to say, there are amazing people who are friendly and kind that work there. However coming from a high end salon which I paid double the price, Levity needs to treat their customer better and be more fair bcuz hubby you are a small fish compared to where I came from.

This is THE BEST place I've had my hair done and was completely happy and satisfied with my expectations and results! I've been to at least 4 others, but I've been happiest here even though it's a little pricey; It's worth it! Brought my daughter to fix the bleach she tried to make her hair blonde with before prom and it came out so beautiful and NATURAL! If you live here- this is your regular place to go. If your visiting for an event and need a little dazzle, this is your place! Talent is among every stylist.

I made a last minute appointment before Christmas and Bonnie was my stylist. She did an amazing job. I keep looking at my hair and am so impressed with the cut and highlights. I was asked by multiple employees while there if there was anything I needed or wanted like coffee. Sadly, I was not offered champagne ha! It lives up to its reputation. Enjoy your visit.

I wouldn't know because they don't answer their phone, their booking website doesn't work, and they don't respond to voice-mails.

Love Levity! My kids and I have been going for years. First the salon manager Lindsay is great! I don't always have the most flexible schedule and feel like I can be a pain to book but she is always very patient at trying to accommodate me. If you are new to the salon she is also great at learning about what you desire, and finding the best stylist that works for you. I have seen several different stylists from time to time and they are all great. Kendall has done my for the better part of 15 years and she is wonderful. Most recently Jami has been doing a great balayage on me. Everyone in the salon is friendly and knowledgeable. The new salon location that they have been in for a few months now is beautiful!
