Sittin Pretti Hair Studio in Charlotte, NC

I recently had an appointment with a stylist by the name of Nikki at Sitti pretti Hair Studio. It seriously was the worst experience with a stylist I have ever had. I booked a sew-in with her. When I got there her greeting was so dry! She was very unpleasant. When I told her what I wanted and how I wanted my hair she immediately got an attitude and went on to say how she doesn't do this and doesn't do that and how she hates taking new clients! She told me that she doesn't like it when clients try to tell her how they want their hair and she only does what she wants to do to the hair! What stylist says that to someone who's sitting in your chair as a new client! She was so rude!!! When I told her how I wanted my hair she then went on to say that she doesn't do hair that way and refuse to do what I ask even when I offered to pay her more! She then told me I should find another stylist after her service. There was no conversation between the two of us throughout the entire service. Anything she did have to say was very negative! And she repeatedly kept saying how she hated taking new clients and how she has 500 clients, yet she was offering a sale on the service and only charges $125 for a sew-in! (Very cheap) Something didn't add up about that! Who has 500 clients and only charging $125 for sew-ins and running specials for $80! Yet you don't like taking new clients and specials are as geared towards gaining new clients! Yeah right 500 Clients! Not with that terrible customer service! Most importantly she was the rudest stylist ever and her sew-ins weren't as nice as her pictures! I will never go back to her ever again! I've had better work done to my hair! And I recommend no one to go to her! Worst customer service ever!!!!!
