Less focus on conversation and more on the job you are doing. While I enjoy a good conversation, I left with a huge spot where a size 2 guard was used in the area that was supposed to be a 3. Long hair still behind my ears where the hair was supposed to be a 1. I shouldn't have to go home and try to fix my hair after paying for a hair cut. I will never go back here. At this point I'm scared to get my hair cut at this chain.
I checked in on my phone, went to the store and was served immediately. Tonnette was very friendly, upbeat and did exactly what I asked for, just a trim. I am a former cosmetologist, and I appreciated her professionalism and polite conversation. Definitely will be going back.
I came for a quick trim on a Sunday and there was only one person for the day working. I had made a appointment and 15 /20 minutes of waiting and still they are just starting to blow dry their clients hair I left
