Very nice people but overly expensive. I wanted to book a haircut but it was going to be 145 dollars. I've never heard of a haircut that expensive especially since it was for a junior stylist. The person was nice to help schedule but I can't with these prices.

Taylor, my stylist, left. I was scheduled for a double-bleach going from brunette to platinum blonde. The Kenna Kunijo team set me up with another experienced stylist, who came in on her day off to take care of me. It was a six hour process and she was wonderful. I appreciate them taking care of me and not pushing me back and canceling on me. Above and beyond! Thank you to Bezash and team ! I love the result and will continue to come here!

I wish I could give a better review, I really wanted to but unfortunately I didn't have a great experience. I booked my first appt with Janessa who I was referred to by one of her clients. My first time here was about a month ago for a haircut and that was okay I guess. I felt like Janessa didn't want to work with me and seemed very uninterested in anything I had to say. Which is not the norm for me. But I liked my haircut and I had been wanting to do something different with my hair so I booked my next appt hoping it was just an off day for her. I try not to hold anything against anyone because we all have days ya know? It probably had nothing to do with me.

My next appt was today for a tone and styling. I arrived a couple minutes late (7 mins to be exact) as I was trying to scarf down my breakfast in the car and when I walked in my stylist wasn't finished with her previous client so I asked if I had time to scarf down the other half of my sandwich and they said I could grab it and bring it in.

Then my stylist sits me down and tells me bc we're short on time she either can't blow dry my hair or she can't tone it. I explained I already got a haircut from her a couple weeks ago (she didn't even remember me) and the main reason for the appointment was to tone. And this is my first time changing anything with my hair color in a very long time so I was already a little nervous but excited. And I definitely didn't want to walk out with wet hair not being able to see what it looked like all put together.
I started to get really anxious about the whole experience and felt a lot of pressure to change the plans in a split second and she blamed me for being late when she was running behind as well. I still had to pay for my appointment so I spent over $100 just to leave in tears, filled with anxiety, and disappointment. And with the same hair I walked in with. Not a great time and unfortunately I can't recommend Kenna Kunjo.

Do not get extensions here. Never written a review in my life but this was so bad. I paid well over $1700 to get 22" extensions. Not only could you see one of the wefts, but within the first two days they were falling out. So much so that the metal part of one of the extensions was dragging on the back of my neck and soon after my hair was completely matted. I followed every single direction they gave me (conditioning only on the ends, using the extension brush, wearing my hair in a braid when I slept/worked out, silk pillowcase, etc). I was in the process of moving so I took the first salon appointment I could find in my new city who did the same type of extensions and they said it was the worst installation they've ever seen and I had lots of hair loss. The new salon even made a tik tok about how to not do extensions using my hair as an example and it went viral. I called Kenna Kunijo multiple times about this and they kept saying it was user error and insisting they installed it right. Even though this was my first time getting extensions, I'm pretty sure my hair shouldn't matte within the first two days, especially with proper care. I asked for my money back just on the installation and they said no even though this was an extreme situation. They may try to defend themselves again on here saying it was user error but it absolutely was not. I'm giving this salon two stars because I've gotten my haircut here and it's been great and they were very accommodating with scheduling. But DO NOT GET EXTENSIONS HERE!!! So many better places to go with more knowledgeable staff.

I would like to start off saying that Emily is fantastic and knows her job. Kenna and her front desk staff are unprofessional and rude. They hide behind texts and arrogance (problem #1) A lower level girl did my hair bc I had to move my appt because of a cancer biopsy and take this girl or wait 3 months (problem#2) problem #3 the owner made me feel like it was my fault. She even proceeded to tell me her salon was like celebrity hair salons in LA. She at first told me she'd fix my hair no charge. Then her staff sent me a text saying put a card on file. Why I already paid. Then sent me another text cancelling my appt bc I didn't put a card on file. So I'm guessing they never had any intention of fixing my hair that they ruined. It's a shame bc Emily is good at her job. Highly unprofessional with no personal touch. Save your money there are better salons with friendly owners and front desk people.
