Fast, no-frills, you might not get exactly what you want, but you'll walk out looking good . I got highlights and a cut, it wasn't exact to the reference (but I've also paid way more for completely of-the-mark jobs at other "fancy" places, so this was a pretty solid). Everyone I saw come in during my visit walked out with good cuts. I brought my boyfriend a few days later, he liked it too. I personally prefer not talking much during a cut, but if you're looking for a bunch of conversation this isn't really that kinda place.
Shiva did a wash & blow dry for me and it was so perfect - i didn't feel a single pain or hair pull in the whole process. she was also extremely fast - i was in and out in less than 30 mins. Shiva's also super sweet and fun to talk to + affordable (cost $35). would high recommend this place!
The lady who answered the call lied to me they close at 6. 30 PM , when they close at 7. She threaded my eyebrow too much , too thin . She doesn't speak much english , hence didnt understand me . Plus no apology for her mistake
One of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. To begin, Shiva never asked my name and the whole time I was in there she barely talked at all, the whole thing was very silent and uncomfortable. The haircut she gave me was nothing like the picture I showed her, I ended up having to fix my bangs myself after I went home. The only reason I'm giving her two stars instead of one is because she did a nice job threading my eyebrows. I have attached pics of the reference photo and my result, keep in mind that my hair normally has a wavy/curly texture but the way she styled it made it completely straight. Price was reasonable though, so go to Shiva's at your own risk.
