Been coming to NP for years. I used to bounce around between techs here but then I landed on Tammy and have not looked back since. I get no chip manicures and she takes her time with me. If I point something out, such as a speck of dust or a bump, she will fix it. I've moved farther out into the suburbs and I still make my way here every 2-3 weeks because she takes care of me. The place itself is old school but because of Tammy's customer service, I will continue to come here.

Whoa. SO BAD. We were directed here because my friend had acrylic nails needing to be removed and I guess not a ton of places do this anymore?! In any case we came into a totally empty salon and the one employee there looked at us and said nothing. At first I wasn't sure if she worked there. When I said we wanted to get two no chip she looked at me skeptically and I should've read into that red flag. In taking off my no chip, and my friend's acrylic glue, she did both fully with her FINGERNAILS. No tools whatsoever. It was like she walked in off the parking lot and decided to pretend she worked there. All other tools used were clearly not sterilized. We both decided at that point to get the hell out of there. We asked to just have clear coat manicures instead. She was not at all successful in removing the acrylic, painted clear coat directly over it. Nothing else was done. So not even a manicure. Charged me $38. Wtf Everything took forever - and there was no music, the tv was never turned on. Such a bad, odd experience- never again. A woman came in while she was finishing up asking if she could fix a bad manicure and I wanted to yell RUN.
