If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horrible, and the service was unbearable. I'm surprised this place isn't in shambles. I came to get my eyebrows done before a romantic dinner date for Valentine's Day. Instead of getting a standard clean-up, they ripped my eyebrow. And on top of that, I didn't even get an apology, just "you can cover it up" and "you can fill it in." This place is insane. Enter at your own risk!
What I asked for versus what I got. I kept telling the tech they were yellow and she repeatedly said "you're ok." They look like yellow crayons to me!!
Worst place ever. First thing if I'm paying to do my nails why would the technician would tell me, you know that my colleague do nails too. Mam if I go to you is because you are the only one that do my nails gently, why would it bother you? Another thing you know how rude it is that you ask the man in front of the counter if you could see a nail polish and he turns the back on you and starts speaking their language to one of his coworkers. They can't make a design in your nails cause they don't know or maybe just don't want to. At least that was my experience. So for what is this business open? Oh and another thing I do not need to know that you are high. That was my experience with one of the man that works there. Then just cause I told him to do a line in my nail he send me to his wife that also had a rough attitude. Don't waste your money there.
I was very unhappy w my nails I've been to this location before and never had any problems. Charlie was unprofessional, didn't tell me I had a new nail tech I had to keep correcting her. And when I stated to Charlie and showed him my nails, how unhappy I was w them he did offer to come back and get them fixed but I told him I wouldn't pay til I get them fixed and he said it's okay don't pay for them and don't come back which I thought was very rude and unprofessional considering he is the boss there. Do not go to the lady that does nail in the back row of the salon. He told me when I paid she tried, and we're not paying full price for someone to TRY, sorry not sorry never coming here again. And to top it off I was there at 11 am, and didn't leave til 230.
When you get service, it can be great. However, don't think that making an appointment will mean you'll get seen when scheduled. I made an appointment for 11:15 and 40 minutes later, still waiting. If it wasn't because I didn't have time to go somewhere else, I would've left.
