The beds are dirty. You can see the grime in all the corners and cracks in the bed. I always feel compelled to rub down the bed before getting in. Even though I know it really isn't helping, it puts my mind at ease. In addition I've only gone in a few times but before going my first time I read the yelp reviews. I was very cautious about getting a membership since 98% of the reviews are bad on here. I asked the girl that worked there if the bulbs get changed regularly because a lot of the complaints on here were that the bulbs were out, she replied yes. My first visit was ok .. (Bed 11) oddly the bed doesn't close all the way and there is over a foot and half gap. They definitely need to get that fixed, bright side all of my bulbs were lite! The next time I went I was assigned bed 12... The bed actually closed unlike the last visit but there WAS a bulb out and the bed was so tainted (due to age and not properly being cleaned) that it was hard to even see the bulbs. Some what disappointing.. Please please please update the beds or at least maintain them . I would probably recommend to go somewhere else..

This place..its hard to put into words how disgusted I am with the service I received. I paid to upgrade to a level 2 for one visit after doing the three month membership at level 1, which they require, and only to find out that the stand up bed didn't work at all. I was then told I could take a lay down level 2 so I agreed after telling her last week there were lights out in the level 2 lay down and she told me to take a different bed and that bed had 2 lights out. She got the owner on the phone because I wanted to be refunded for my entire membership and the owner refused. I spoke to him on the phone and I must say after I told him I'd be leaving a negative review he went crazy and told me I better not threaten him and that, quote, my lousy 20 bucks a month meant nothing to him. In other words, he didn't value my business at all. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this filthy place. The bulbs do not get changed and the owner(George) is a horrid human being in general from what I was told while standing at the counter. If a business owner doesn't respect their clients, doesn't perform the upkeep needed to satisfy a customer and tells them that their lousy money means nothing to them then that owner should be in an entirely different line of work. If you're considering joining this place, I'd advise that you find a different tanning center because here you'll be treated like you're a piece of garbage. Take my word, pay a little extra and go to LA Tan because they at least treat you with respect and keep their facilities up to date and clean! I hate leaving negative reviews but this experience was far beyond acceptable. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY. IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE!!!

Only been here for nail services... Well attempted to and when I call they give hours for nails, but when I show up no one is ever here They have nail carts and pedi machines.. Just for show I guess

Honestly this place is not good at all. I live in the area and I decided to walk in. The girl who worked there was nice and she told me that i can do the $11 unlimited tanning for a week and I can try all the beds and levels. I thought that it's a really good deal so I did it. I have tried level 1 before and it was not good so i decided to try level 2. After 2 days I came back again again to try different bed but the owner was there ( a mature woman with black hair) and she told me that I can use ONLY level 1 which is very old and not good at all. She was very rude and she said she already has fired the poor girl who was working there. I was very upset and I left. I usually don't write bad reviews because it's not good for the people's businesses but the owner was mean and has no respect not only to the customers but also to her employees. That's not a good way to do business.

I walked into Tancun a bit cautious of their business but was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted kindly and the lady actually took time to help me chose was package and lotion I needed to buy (even though I interrupted her lunch). I encourage anyone who is looking for a good tan experience to check out Tancun!
