Not only do I get GREAT haircuts and pedicures here, now they have dandy FOOD!! "The Beanie Weenie" food truck sits in the parking lot of Serendipity Tuesday thru Saturday 10:30am to 6:30pm offering tasty gourmet coffees and hot dogs!!!
Usually has a smell, also the decorations are tacky! The service just seems unprofessional and honestly the whole place is ratchet!
I booked an hour long facial and eyebrow wax got maybe 3035 minutes and was told I was done went to the counter to pay. They told me it was $75. I told him I don't think that's right I wasn't in there for a full hour he acknowledged that I was out early and I should've been in there longer he called the owner. The owner sounds super sweet on the phone from what I could hear, they told me I could rebook with another person and I'll be taken care of and the service was free of charge for the experience. I give five stars for the person at the desk and owner on the phone but the facial experience itself was a 2 , most spas put a headband around your head , so you don't get product in your hair she didn't I walked out with my hair being so greasy I had to rewash it after I just washed it before I left the house not only that but I had product from a mask she had put on that dropped behind my next and ears . When I left my face just felt oily like the product wasn't even rubbed in properly just caked on and was good to go , Also I was never put down for my eyebrow wax :(.

My gf and I went in for a couples massage. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was cold in the room. The woman massaging me was texting on her phone with one hand and poorly massaging me with the other. My gf was happy with her massage therapist. However, we paid for a 2 hour massage and got maybe an hour and 20 minutes. It definitely wasn't worth $200. We won't be going back.
I've been going to this salon for years. I decided to get a lash lift and tint for the first time. Cassie was amazing! She was so personable and super sweet. I'm in love with my lashes and how they look. I definitely recommend Serendipity and Cassie for all your lash needs.
