Spa Bliss in Charleston, WV

I've used their massage services for 3 years and they are awesome!  Many talented massage therapists there so it's easy to get a 5 star experience.  Ambience and facilities are very nice.  Many services (mani, pedi, facial, hair, nails, sauna, spa, and more ) available so it's more comprehensive than most resort spas, but it's more accessible with easy parking and interstate access and more affordable as well.  They continue to upgrade even throughout COVID so it's going to be around a long time.  It really pays off to develop a long term relationship with your spa services provider.   My massage therapist was Whitney who is very skilled and experienced.  I cannot recommend this place highly enough- wish I could give 10 stars!

I come here every 2 weeks to get my eyebrows waxed by Anna and I love it! She is so precise! To prep for prom I booked with Kim for a facial and a back facial spa bliss offers! It was amazing and super relaxing. My skin feels and looks amazing she they are super professional and nice! Might I add the beds are heated. The lotus room is the best thing ever! The best salon/spa in the Valley!

My rating applies only to stylist Holly Sizemore.  Apparently it made her angry when I respectively requested a recut to tweak the stacked layers she had cut earlier. ​The stack was a bit bulky a​​nd long but I preferred it to the hack job she gave me after the recut.  She deliberately cut the top layer of the stack to about 2 inches.  The cut is no longer stacked and the layers under the top layer are longer forming an odd shape.   She treated me this way 3 days before Christmas.  What makes one so spiteful?  A lump of coal for Holly.

Went here for a spa day and absolutely loved it. As soon as I walked through the door, I felt taken care of. The receptionists were professional and extremely helpful. I went up to the 4th floor for a hair removal service and Destiny was absolutely amazing. She was personable and super fast which made it less painful. Afterwards, I went to the 5th floor for my 90 minute massage. Jay was wonderful! I'm pretty sure I fell asleep a few times during it because I was just that relaxed. I will be returning.

Their business model is to charge a dollar when an appointment is made.  In spite of a phone call, I have never received  a refund, which was promised.  Actually, they charged me another $1 the day of the appointment, but refunded that after my call.  I paid in cash, BTW. I am canceling my next appointment.  Don't need concrete, steel & hassle in my life.
