I started going to Nail First solely based on the fact it's right near my work and I can hop right over after and have time to get my nails done. I was trying to make it to other places I had liked before but they would close too soon.
I have enjoyed going there each time. They all know me by name and when I took a break from going for a few months, they had asked a coworker of mine where I had been when she went there. They have always been very nice and patient and taken their time and my nails have always been exactly how I want them to look!
If you don't like your nails, speak up and tell them to change it...that easy!
I took my Mom out for what I thought would be a treat. I made an appointment for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. The technicians did nothing but rush. My Mom's technician was done in 25 minutes for BOTH the manicure and pedicure. When your spending this kind of money it should never be that quick. Neither technician spent any time on our pedicures. This felt like a complete waste of over $100. I finally stopped my technician before he could paint my nails because he put so much polish on my toes it looks like they will never dry. My Moms cuticles on her hands look like they haven't even been trimmed. Buyer beware, do not go to this nail salon.
Beautiful job! Went there to get a set fixed and filled in and they looked great and have held up well despite how rough I can be on them. My only complaint is how long I had to wait past my appointment time. It was a good 20-30mins past. She even stopped after taking my polish off to do an eyebrow wax on someone. Didnt care for that but the nails turned out really well so it was worth it.
